What is life coaching?

Life coaching is different to Christian counselling or psychology. A life coach is uniquely equipped to help you unpack your goals, visions and steps to accomplishing them. Through a specific method of questioning, life coaches help you gain clarity, vision and achievable steps to have the life God created you for. God has created each of us with unique skills, gifts and talents. Life coaching helps you realise your purpose, and use your gifts to propel you forward. Live your life to the fullest potential. 

You can be coached about any area of your life. Examples from previous clients include:

• pursuing your dreams and God's purpose for you

Emma has a Bachelor of Psychology, Master of Occupational Therapy, Diploma of Christian Ministry and Theology, and a certificate in Christian Life Coaching.
